The story of paul obeying the holy spirit – पॉल की पवित्र आत्मा की आज्ञा मानने की कहानी

The story of Paul obeying the Holy Spirit is found in the New Testament book of Acts, specifically in Acts 16:6-10:

As Paul and his companions traveled through the region of Phrygia and Galatia, they were prevented by the Holy Spirit from preaching the word in the province of Asia. When they came to the border of Mysia, they tried to enter Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus would not allow them to. So they passed by Mysia and went down to Troas.

During the night, Paul had a vision of a man of Macedonia standing and begging him, “Come over to Macedonia and help us.” After Paul had seen the vision, he and his companions got ready at once to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called them to preach the gospel there.

Upon receiving the vision, Paul immediately recognized it as a call from God to bring the gospel to Macedonia. Without hesitation, he and his companions set sail for Macedonia to carry out this divine commission. This obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit marked the beginning of the spread of Christianity into Europe.

Paul’s obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit in responding to the vision of the man from Macedonia demonstrates his sensitivity to God’s guidance and his willingness to follow wherever God directed him. This episode underscores the importance of being attuned to the prompting of the Holy Spirit and being open to God’s leading in our lives. It also highlights the significant role that obedience to God’s call played in the expansion of the early Church and the spread of the gospel message to new regions.
