The story of jesus teaching about the sacrament – यीशु द्वारा संस्कार के बारे में शिक्षा देने की कहानी

The story of Jesus teaching about the sacrament, also known as the Last Supper or the institution of the Lord’s Supper, is recorded in the New Testament of the Christian Bible, particularly in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke, as well as in the First Epistle to the Corinthians.

According to the narrative, Jesus gathered with his disciples to celebrate the Passover meal in Jerusalem. During the meal, Jesus took bread, blessed it, broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take, eat; this is my body.” He then took a cup of wine, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you; for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”

Jesus instructed his disciples to eat the bread and drink the wine in remembrance of him. He explained that the bread symbolized his body, which would be broken for them, and the wine symbolized his blood, which would be shed for the forgiveness of sins. This event is regarded as the institution of the sacrament of the Eucharist or Holy Communion in Christian tradition.

The Last Supper holds great significance in Christianity as it represents the sacrificial death of Jesus for the redemption of humanity. It is a central aspect of Christian worship, commemorated regularly in the sacrament of the Eucharist, where believers partake of bread and wine in remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and as a symbol of their union with him.
