Naaman arrived at Elisha’s house with his horses and chariots, expecting Elisha to come out and perform a miraculous healing. Instead, Elisha sent a messenger to tell Naaman to wash himself seven times in the Jordan River, and he would be healed.

However, at the urging of his servants, Naaman reluctantly obeyed Elisha’s command and dipped himself in the Jordan River seven times. Miraculously, after the seventh time, Naaman’s skin was completely restored, and he was healed of his leprosy.
Overwhelmed with gratitude, Naaman returned to Elisha’s house and declared his faith in the God of Israel, acknowledging that there was no God in all the earth except the God of Israel. He offered Elisha gifts of gratitude, which Elisha refused, emphasizing that the miracle was the work of the Lord.
