Story of ezekiel vision of dry bones – यहेजकेल की सूखी हड्डियों के दर्शन की कहानी

The vision of dry bones is a biblical story from the Book of Ezekiel, found in the Old Testament. In Ezekiel 37:1-14, the prophet Ezekiel experiences a vivid vision in which he is led by God to a valley filled with dry bones. These bones represent the Israelites who are in a state of spiritual desolation and despair.

In the vision, God asks Ezekiel whether these dry bones can live again. Ezekiel responds that only God knows. God then instructs Ezekiel to prophesy to the bones, declaring that God will make breath enter them, and they will come to life. As Ezekiel prophesies, the bones start to come together, and sinews, flesh, and skin cover them. However, they remain lifeless.

God then commands Ezekiel to prophesy again, this time calling on the breath to enter the bodies. When Ezekiel does so, breath enters the bodies, and they come to life, a vast army. The vision symbolizes the spiritual restoration of Israel, emphasizing God’s power to bring life and hope even to situations that seem utterly hopeless.

The story is often interpreted as a metaphor for God’s ability to revive and restore not only the nation of Israel but also individuals or communities facing spiritual desolation or despair.
