Lord, I pray that you would protect me against all sorts of sleep disruption. Be my shield against internal things that would bother my sleep, such as worries or jealousy or anger or other unhealthy feelings.
Guard me against external things, such as loud motorcycles or other vehicles awakening me, neighbor’s parties, fireworks, phone calls, or restless children. May my bed be comfortable, and the temperature just right. Thank you for your abundant provision. Amen.
