Father, our faithful Creator, thank You for giving us this precious gift of life – our heritage from You. O Father, help us to raise this child in the nurture and instruction of the Lord.
Help us to teach this child to love You with all his heart, soul, and mind. May we live an example of godliness before this child. May our baby grow to cherish Your word and base his faith and lifestyle on it. May our child love Your church from his infancy. Amen.
