Merciful God, thank you that you give the gift of abundant, eternal life. Soothe my sadness and help me to experience the blessed life you have prepared for me. May I find comfort in the knowledge that I am safe in your arms.
When you draw me close I have nothing to fear from the world. May I know the sweet rest that comes from dwelling in your presence. Touch my heart and help me rejoice in your name and your love. May I praise you for eternity. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
