Jesus Christ, please be compassionate on my friend and be their great supporter. God, there is only so much that we can do to support our friend in their sickness.

Give us the ability to support them in every way we can. But, God, at the end of the day, You are the best support they could have. Allow my friend to lean on You and feel the safety and protection of Your presence. Amen.
