O God my Strength, please deliver me from this unhealthy and distasteful smoking habit that is harming not only my own body but creating health issues in my family from the secondhand smoke.
Give me the strength and discipline to quit this addiction. Be merciful and ease the withdrawal symptoms and cravings, and help me to not be irritable or feel anxious. O Lord, be with me in a special way during this time, deliver me and honor my desire to not harm the body You have created. Amen.
