क्या प्रार्थना करने का कोई फायदा है?

 

ईश्वर क्यों चाहता है कि हम उससे प्रार्थना करें
ईश्वर आपसे दोस्ती करना चाहता है।
जब दो दोस्त आपस में बातचीत करते हैं, तो उनकी दोस्ती और पक्की हो जाती है। उसी तरह, ईश्वर हमें उससे बातचीत करने के लिए कहता है, ताकि हम उसके अच्छे दोस्त बन सकें। वह कहता है, “तुम मुझ को पुकारोगे और आकर मुझ से प्रार्थना करोगे और मैं तुम्हारी सुनूँगा।” (यिर्मयाह 29:12) जब आप ईश्वर से खुलकर बात करेंगे, तो आप ‘उसके करीब आएँगे और वह आपके करीब आएगा।’ (याकूब 4:8) पवित्र शास्त्र हमें यकीन दिलाता है कि ‘जितने यहोवा को पुकारते हैं, उन सभी के वह निकट रहता है।’ (भजन 145:18) हम जितनी बार ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करेंगे, उतनी ही ज़्यादा उसके साथ हमारी दोस्ती पक्की होती जाएगी।

ईश्वर आपकी मदद करना चाहता है।

एक बार यीशु ने कहा, “तुममें ऐसा कौन आदमी है जिसका बेटा अगर उससे रोटी माँगे, तो वह उसे एक पत्थर पकड़ा दे? या अगर वह मछली माँगे, तो उसे एक साँप पकड़ा दे? क्या वह ऐसा करेगा? इसलिए जब तुम . . . यह जानते हो कि अपने बच्चों को अच्छे तोहफे कैसे देने हैं, तो तुम्हारा पिता जो स्वर्ग में है, वह और भी बढ़कर अपने माँगनेवालों को अच्छी चीज़ें क्यों न देगा!” (मत्ती 7:9-11) जी हाँ, ईश्वर चाहता है कि आप उससे प्रार्थना करें, क्योंकि ‘उसे आपकी परवाह है’ और वह आपकी मदद करना चाहता है। (1 पतरस 5:7) वह यह भी चाहता है कि आप उसे अपनी परेशानियाँ खुलकर बताएँ। पवित्र शास्त्र में लिखा है, “किसी भी बात को लेकर चिंता मत करो, मगर हर बात में प्रार्थना और मिन्नतों और धन्यवाद के साथ अपनी बिनतियाँ परमेश्वर को बताते रहो।”—फिलिप्पियों 4:6.

इंसानों में ईश्वर से मार्गदर्शन पाने की इच्छा होती है।
लोगों के स्वभाव का अध्ययन करनेवालों का मानना है कि करोड़ों लोगों को लगता है कि उन्हें प्रार्थना करनी चाहिए। इनमें से कुछ तो नास्तिक हैं और कुछ ऐसे हैं, जो ईश्वर के वजूद पर शक करते हैं। * इससे साफ पता चलता है कि इंसानों को ईश्वर के बारे में जानने की इच्छा के साथ बनाया गया था। यीशु ने कहा था, “सुखी हैं वे जिनमें परमेश्वर से मार्गदर्शन पाने की भूख है।” (मत्ती 5:3) इस ज़रूरत को पूरी करने का एक तरीका है लगातार ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करना।

Is there any benefit to praying?

Why does God want us to pray to Him?
God wants to be friends with you.
When two friends talk to each other, their friendship becomes stronger. In the same way, God asks us to communicate with Him, so that we can become good friends of Him. He says, “You will call on me and come and pray to me and I will listen to you.”(Jeremiah 29:12) When you speak openly to God, you will ‘draw close to him and he will draw close to you.’ (James 4:8) The Scriptures assure us that ‘to all who call on Jehovah,’ He is near.’ (Psalm 145:18) The more often we pray to God, the stronger our friendship with him will become.

God wants to help you.
Once Jesus said, “Who is there among you whose son, if he asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, give him a snake caught? will he? So when you , ,

If you know how to give good gifts to your children, why will your Father in heaven, even more so, give good things to those who ask him!” (Matthew 7:9-11) Yes, God wants you to pray to Him because ‘He cares for you’ and wants to help you.(1 Peter 5:7) He also wants you to openly share your problems with him. The Scriptures read: “Do not worry about anything, but in all things keep on telling God your supplications with prayer and supplications and thanksgiving.”—Philippians 4:6.

Human beings have a desire to get guidance from God.
Those who study the nature of people believe that millions of people feel that they should pray. Some of them are atheists and some who doubt the existence of God. * This clearly shows that humans were created with the desire to know about God. Jesus said,”Happy are those who yearn to be guided by God.” (Matthew 5:3) One way to meet this need is by continually praying to God.
