Dear God, You regard our body as Your temple. You also commanded us to take good care of our health. Help me maintain good health. Remind me when I carelessly misuse or abuse my body that this is against Your will.
As I go about my day, keep me safe from contracting or developing diseases or ailments. Help me to use extra precautions so that I may be spared from serious sicknesses or harm to my body. Amen.
